摘要
采用快淬及退火工艺 ,通过非晶晶化制备了两种成分的纳米晶 ,即Nd2 Fe14 B/α Fe永磁合金 .研究了添加Dy +Ga和晶化工艺对合金磁性能的影响 .研究结果表明 ,三元Nd8.5Fe86B5.5合金晶化是由 3个过程组成的 ,而添加Dy +Ga的Nd7.5Dy1Fe85B4 .5Ga2 合金晶化是由 2个过程组成的 ,与三元合金相比 ,添加Dy +Ga可改变α Fe和Nd2 F14 B相的形成温度及细化两相晶粒 。
Nanocrystalline Nd2Fe 14 B/ α Fe two phase magnets with two different compositions are prepared by crystallizing the amorphous melt spun ribbons using melt spinning and annealing. The effects of adding Dy+Ga and annealing conditions on the magnetic properties of alloys have been investigated. The results show that the crystallization process of ternary Nd 8.5 Fe 86 B 5.5 alloy consisted of three steps, but Nd 7.5 Dy1Fe 85 B 4.5 Ga 2 alloy with adding Dy+Ga only consisted of two steps. Comparing with the ternary alloy, adding Dy+Ga can change the forming temperature of α Fe and Nd2Fe 14 B phases, reduce the size of grains of the two phases and obviously increase the magnetic properties of alloys.
