摘要
介绍新型弹性滑键式变速器的特点 ,以及该变速器的换档原理 ,并对弹性滑键变速换档机构进行理论分析。重点论述了弹性滑键的受力分析、失稳计算、强度校核。建立了弹性滑键失稳分析的简化模型 ,推导出弹性滑键顺利滑移的条件和失稳时临界压力计算公式 。
A new type transmission consisting of elastic sliding key was presented, and the elastic sliding key of an alternate speed mechanism is analyzed.A simplified analysis model of sliding key in losing stability is built.The forces acting on the elastic sliding key, calculation of stability and strength are emphasized. The proper sliding condition and losing stability critical pressure of mathematical formula are derived,thus providing a reasonable theorectical foundation for the design of the sliding key.
