摘要
研究采用云南不同地方分离到的4个羊肚菌菌株进行液体培养,并对菌丝生长特性观察分析。实验结果表明,在不同液体培养基中,4株羊肚菌菌丝体在形态、颜色及生长状况方面差异较大,其中M4培养基对羊肚菌生长最有利,在生物量、菌液颜色、呈味等方面均占优势,是比较理想的羊肚菌液体培养基。
In this study, four morel strains mycelia were collected from different places in Yunnan. Its growth characteristics was observed and analyzed in different liquid cultures. The results showed there were significant differences in mycelium shape, color and growth conditions of four morel strains in different liquid medium. The M4 medium was most favorable for the morel growth on biomass, broth color and flavour development, which was an ideal morel liquid medium.
