摘要
游泳运动开展普及水平高的美、澳、英、日 4国游泳教学内容和教学方法与我国不同之处突出表现在 :①从初学阶段起便十分重视对学生进行“安全游泳”、“自救游泳”、“救助他人游泳”及“被他人救助时的游泳”等技能的培养。②重视让学生在快乐中学会游泳、在“玩水”中学会游泳。这些内容对我国游泳教学大纲的修定或游泳教材的建设都有参考价值 ;同时这些“生存技能”的培养对学生的实际游泳能力和教学能力的培养及对促进大众游泳活动的开展均有重要的现实意义。
Teaching contents and methods in swimming in America,Australia,England and Japan where swimming is very popular are remarkably differenet from those of China in that(1)in the above mentioned four counties great importance is,from beginning,attached to the training of skills in“safety swimming”,“self-rescuing swimming”,“rescuing swimming”and“being-rescued swimming”;(2)focus is put on learning to swim from fun——mastering the skill when playing with water.These contents bring to us the valuable references in our revision of teaching programme.
