摘要
通过对短跑途中跑着地缓冲技术的生物学及特性分析 ,得出 :着地缓冲时 ,不管支撑腿的脚着地变化特点 ,人体做加速运动的动力来源于髋关节、摆动腿、骨盆、摆臂等肌肉进行克制性收缩时 ,对相向运动的施力部位产生向后的作用力 ,通过支撑腿的脚作用于地面 ,产生向后方的水平力 。
An analysis is conducted to the technique to find that when buffering to land,the bodys accelerating force comes from the backward reacting force originating from the force-producing parts of the body in the same direction when the hip,swing leg,pelvis and swing arm muscles are doing forced systole.The foot of the supporting leg acts on the ground to produce a backward horizontal force so that the body obtains a forward horizontal reacting force that is greater than horizontal braking force of the foot on the ground.
