摘要
在新生代农民工逐渐成为中小企业员工主体的背景下,"刘易斯转折点"的来临和新生代农民工的群体性特征对中小企业以往雇佣模式带来新的挑战。如若中小企业不能适应这种变化,在企业制度和运行机制方面进行相应调整,则将会形成雇佣危机。因此中小企业需构建基于雇佣外部环境变化的动态雇佣危机管理机制,以避免雇佣危机的发生。
In the new generation of migrant workers is becoming the SME employees subject context,the advent of the "Lewis turning point" and mass characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers has brought new challenges in previous employment patterns.Should small and medium enterprises can not adapt to this change,a corresponding adjustment in the enterprise system and operational mechanism,will form the employment crisis.Thus,SMEs need to build a dynamic the employment crisis management mechanism based on employment changes in the external environment,in order to avoid the occurrence of an employment crisis.
