摘要 为揭示橡胶防尘罩的结构参数对其拉压应力的影响,采用ABAQUS软件建立了基于Mooney-Rivlin本构模型的防尘罩有限元模型。根据标准试件轴向拉伸实验数据拟合了本构模型参数C10和C01,完成了防尘罩轴向拉伸和轴向压缩工况的有限元分析,得到了防尘罩的应力应变分布规律。通过对试件和防尘罩制品的拉伸试验验证了有限元计算结果的可信性,为橡胶类零部件的强度性能分析、结构参数优化提供了一种方法。 To reveal the relationship among the parameters structure and the extension and compression performance, a rubber boot finite element analysis model was established which based on the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model by ABAQUS software. Then the constitutive parameters C10 and C01 were got by using data curve fitting methods of the standard rubber specimen experimental. The extension and compression simulation was achieved, the deformation and strength of rubber boot are computed. The tension test both sample and rubber boot demonstrated that the finite element analysis is reliable. It presents an approach to analyze the strength and optimize the structure parameters for rubber material components.
