微小RNA及重要相关通路在肺癌中的研究进展

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类长18~25个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,通过抑制靶基因翻译,调控靶蛋白表达,从而参与细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等多种生物学过程。业已发现miRNA在肺癌的发生发展中起关键调控作用,与肺癌治疗中面临的耐药、预后等问题关系密切,并与p53、Notch、EGFR、VEGF等重要通路对话广泛。本文就miRNA和这些重要通路关系的研究作简要综述。
