急诊护理纠纷的原因分析及应对措施 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨急诊科室发生护理纠纷的因素,寻找解决急诊护理纠纷的各种方法 ,避免因为护理不妥导致发生纠纷。方法强化护士操作技能训练和理论知识学习,不断提高法律意识,提高个人素质。结果建立了良好的护患关系,保障护理秩序。结论遇到患者有意见要积极主动真诚的化解矛盾,防止纠纷发生。
