摘要 对海上自升式钻井平台升降装置和升降原理进行了研究,设计了一种自升式钻井平台升降系统。针对平台在升降过程中出现的倾斜问题,提出了一种平台平衡控制方法,并通过组态软件WINCC与Step7软件的集成,开发了监控系统。结果表明,平台升降控制系统能够正常地实现对平台升降控制和自动平衡控制,而监控系统也能实现报警提示等功能。 Based on the principle of lifting device at ocean drilling platform,it designs a automatic lifting control system.In view of the tilt appeared in lifting process,it puts forward the balance control method.Based on the configuration software WINCC and the Step7 software integration,it develops the monitoring system.The result shows that the platform lifting system can control and balance automatically,the monitoring system can alarm and give prompt.
