摘要
目的探讨应用主管护士负责制下的健康教育路径对乳腺癌围手术期患者实施健康教育的效果。方法将乳腺癌患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用主管护士负责制下的健康教育,对照组按传统健康教育方式宣教,出院前1~2d测评两组患者对乳腺癌健康知识掌握情况及对健康教育工作的满意度。结果患者对疾病知识掌握程度和对健康教育的满意度,观察组优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论主管护士负责制下的健康教育对乳腺癌围手术期患者实施健康教育,满足了患者和家属对健康教育的需求,提高了健康教育的效果,有利于乳腺癌患者建立健康生活方式和行为,提高了患者对护士的满意度。
Objective Toexplore the effect of applying nursing education pathway supervised by nurse in charge to perioperative patients with breast cancer. Methods 120 patients with breast cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The nursing education pathway supervised by nurse in charge was used in the observation group, while traditional health education methods were used in the control group. Patients' health knowledge about breast cancer and their satisfaction were compared between the two groups 1-2 days prior to discharge. Results Better results were got in regard to the mastery of knowledge of the disease and health education satisfaction in the observation group than in the control group ( P 〈 0.01. Conclusion The nursing education pathway supervised by nurse in charge can produce good educational effect for perioperative patients with breast cancer. And can increase patients' satisfaction.
