高硅氧与石墨黏合件铣削加工工艺研究

摘要 针对高硅氧和石墨材料切削加工的特点,以典型尖劈组件为研究对象,从尖劈组件的结构特点和所用材料特性着手,分析探讨了影响其加工质量及尺寸精度的主要因素。通过加工工艺试验,得出了合理的安装定位方式、加工方法、切削刀具材料以及切削参数,为类似零件的加工提供了重要的参考价值。 Focused on the characteristics of cutting process for shrunk and graphitic adhesive parts,the paper took the typical components wedge as researching object,started from structure characters and materials features,the main factors that affecting processing quality and dimensional precision were discussed and analyzed.Through machining process experiment,appropriate location and installation mode,cutting measures,the material of cutting tools and cutting parameter were obtained.The results can provide important reference value for the machining of similar parts.
