摘要
对续随子立枯病组织进行分离、病原菌鉴定及其生物学特性测定。结果表明,该病原菌初步鉴定为半知菌亚门镰刀菌属(Fusarium Link)木贼镰孢菌〔Fusarium.equiseti(Corda)Sacc.〕,菌丝生长的最佳条件是PDBA、PDA、PSA培养基,温度为20~25℃,pH值为6,适宜孢子萌发的最佳温度为25℃,pH为6,光暗交替有利于菌丝生长与孢子萌发。
The identification and biological characterization of the pathogen isolated from Euphorbia lathyris induced by Fusarium.equiseti Corda Sacc.was studied in this paper.The results showed that the pathogen was Fusarium.equiseti Corda Sacc.The optimal condition for growing of pathogenic is PDBA、PDA、PSA at 20~25℃ and pH 6.The optimum temperature for eonidial germination were 25℃ and pH 6,the light-dark alternation was conducive for the mycelial growth and conidial germination.
