摘要
目的探讨超声盆腔输卵管显影术在输卵管洼不孕诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2010年6月至2012年6月我院收治的100例输卵管性不孕患者，分别采用超声输卵管盆腔显影术（观察组）和腹腔镜（对照组）进行检查，观察组经宫腔注水和腹腔灌注使腹盆腔积液后用阴道超声扫视盆腔，并与子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）结果相比较；腹腔镜检查按照常规进行。结果超声输卵管盆腔显影术检查与子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）检查的总符合率为94．5％，检查通畅、梗阻、通而不畅、伞端粘连的符合率分别为94．1％、92．1％、82．7％、58．4％，两种方法的检出率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组和对照组相检查结果相比，观察组超声检查子宫卵巢的形态异常相当准确，统计无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论超声输卵管盆腔显影术的输卵管通畅性准确率与子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）相当，且超声输卵管盆腔显影术可初步了解输卵管通畅性、输卵管形态和输卵管与周围组织及卵巢粘连情况，有助于明确腹腔镜探查指征，值得应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of pelvic ultrasound the fallopian tubes imaging technique in the diagnosis of tubal infertility.Methods June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital to 40 cases of patients with tubal infertility,tubal pelvic ultrasound imaging technique for inspection,the uterine cavity filling and abdominal perfusion of the abdominal and pelvic effusion after transvaginal ultrasound glance pelvic,and compared results with hysterosalpingography （HSG）.Result Ultrasound tubal pelvic imaging technique check with hysterosalpingography （HSG） check total coincidence rate was 94.3%,check patency, obstruction,passable umbrella end adhesion compliance rates were 94.1%, 92.1%, 82.7%, 58.4%,,two methods of detection rate was no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The ultrasound tubal pelvic developing surgery tubal patency accuracy of hysterosalpingography （HSG） is considerable,and has the advantage of surgery without contraception,worthy of the application and promotion.
