妊娠糖尿病与血糖正常孕妇的体成分比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:对妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetes,GDM)女性与血糖正常孕期女性的体成分对比研究。方法:对北京医院产科常规产检的164例孕妇分别在建档日、孕22—24周、孕30—32周、孕36—38周采用孕妇专用型体成分仪测量其人体成分,其中16例发生妊娠糖尿病,比较其与血糖正常孕妇的人体成分差异。结果:两组间的体重、基础代谢值、去脂体重、瘦体重、体脂肪重等均有统计学差异。结论:妊娠糖尿病孕妇的体成分与血糖正常组之间有明显差异,控制孕妇的体成分变化对妊娠糖尿病的发生等可能有临床意义。 [Objective]To study the difference of body composition between gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) pregnant women and normal blood glucose pregnant women.[Method]We chose 164 pregnant women who did routine inspection in Beijing Hospital,16 of the 164 women had gestational diabetes mellitus.The body composition of all pregnant women was measured on the filing date,pregnant 22— 24w,30—32w and 36—38w,then compared the body composition data between gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women and normal blood glucose pregnant women.[Result]Significant statistically differences existed in weight,basal metabolic,fat free mass,lean body mass and body fat weight between gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women and normal blood glucose pregnant women.[Conclusion] There may have clinical meaning of controlling the change of body composition of the pregnant woman.
