摘要
为实现对腐蚀性物质所处环境温度的精确检测,介绍了一种基于比率法的铂电阻高精度测温方法。通过对比率法测温电路的不确定度分析,设计了一种改进的比率法测温电路,对各个不确定度分量进行了误差修正,提高了A/D转换的线性度和精度;同时,改进的电路可兼容多种类型的铂电阻测量,修正了由长引线、多种漂移、A/D线性度等引入的误差。试验结果表明,在0-100℃范围内,该测温电路的检测精度优于0.1%,且具有较高的稳定性。
In order to precisely measure the environment temperature of corrosion substances,the Platinum resistance high-precision temperature measurement based on ratio method is introduced.Through analyzing the uncertainty of the ratio method temperature measuring circuit,the improved circuit has been designed.The linearity and precision of the A/D conversion are enhanced by error correction for each component of uncertainty.In addition,the compatibility with many types of Pt resistance measurement is considered and the error introduced by the lead error,various drifts,A/D linearity,etc.,are solved.The result of test indicates that within the range of 0 ~ 100 ℃,the measurement accuracy of this circuit is up to 0.1%,and the stability is good.
