摘要
以巨菌草为试材,研究了稀酸(H2SO4)的固液比、酸浓度、处理时间和反应温度对巨菌草化学组成和酶解液中还原糖含量的影响。结果表明:稀酸的最佳预处理条件为:固液比1∶20、酸浓度2.0%、处理时间60min、反应温度100℃。该研究为巨菌草作为制备生物乙醇的材料提供了理论依据。
Taking Pennisetum sp. as material, the effect of solid-liquid ratio, acid concentration, processing time and processing temperature of H2SO4 on chemical composition of Penniseturn sp. and the reducing sugar content in enzymatic hydrolysis solution were studied. The results showed that the best dilute acid (H2SO4 ) pretreatment methods were as follows.solid-liquid ratio 1 : 20,acid concentration 2. 0%, treatment time 60 rain and processing temperature 100℃. This article conducted a preliminary exploration for giant Juncao as bio-ethanol fuel.
