摘要
针对目前中医护理科研相对不足的现状 ,从护士本身和护理管理者两方面来分析 ,揭示了影响中医护理科研开展的因素 :护士学历层次低 ,缺乏科研意识 ,中医基础理论薄弱 ,无阅读专业文献的习惯 ,缺乏学科带头人等。大多数护理管理者不重视护理科研 ,并缺乏必要的支持。提出护理人员应增强科研意识 ,提高护理群体的整体素质 ;护理管理者应从思想上给予重视 ,统一规划 。
In the light of the status in quo of nursing scientific research in TCM is not well developed, analyses were done from both nurses themselves and nursing administrative personnel. Revealed that the factors of holding up the development of nursing scientific research in TCM were as follows: nurses with lower record of formal schooling, lack awareness of scientific research, with poor elementary knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, did not get used to reading specialty literatures. And among nurses, it was short of leading person in this subject etc. Most nursing administrative personnel pay no attention to the nursing scientific research and are lack of support. Suggested that nursing staff set up strong consciousness of scientific research to enhance the whole quality of the nurse group. Nursing administrators should think highly of the nursing scientific research in TCM and to assure it to be developed.
