摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来 ,人力资源竞争被推到了当代企业竞争的最前沿。而与人力资源问题相对应的企业激励机制自然的被投入了更多的关注。本文运用心理学、管理学、组织行为学等方面的知识 ,对激励机制的含义、作用 ,激励机制的设计及运行等问题进行探讨和研究 ,从而阐述激励机制在现代企业中的重要地位。
With the coming of knowledge economy,the competition of human resources become more important in modern enterprise competition.Incentive mechanism is closely connected with human resources so that it attracts more attention. The paper analyzes its meaning,function,design and other problems by applying relative knowledge in other fields and demonstrates its importance in modern enterprises.
