摘要
本文以枸杞叶为原料,黄酮得率为指标,研究微波辅助提取枸杞叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。依次考察料液比、乙醇浓度、微波时间、预浸时间以及提取级数对黄酮得率的影响,在此基础上采用响应面分析法建立枸杞叶总黄酮提取参数的回归模型,并优化提取条件。结果得出,微波辅助提取枸杞叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶70,乙醇浓度70%,预浸时间60min,微波时间7min,提取级数3次,在此条件下黄酮得率为23.76%。
In this paper,the optimum microwave-assisted extracting condition of flavonoids from Lycium barbarum L.leaves was studied using the yield of flavonoids as index.The effects of material-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,microwave time,presoaking time and extraction times on the yield of flavonoids were respectively detected.Then the regression model of extraction parameters was built by the response surface methodology,and the conditions of extraction were further optimized as material-liquid ratio 1:70,ethanol concentration 70%,presoaking time 60 min,microwave time 7 min and 3 times of extraction.Under the above these conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 23.76%.
