摘要
目的探讨多学科协作模式的实施方法与效果。方法以某病区为试点推行医学、护理、药剂、营养、康复、心理等多学科协作的工作模式,医护固定搭配,分管固定床位,与亚专科人员共同对患者实施治疗,各类人员按职责工作,按时进行集体查房,对患者的诊疗、护理方案等达成共识。结果平均住院日、平均住院费用、并发症发生率降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);治愈率、健康教育知晓率、患者满意度及医护满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论多学科协作可以加强学科间交叉互动,使患者在医院得到系统、规范、优质的治疗及护理服务。
Objective To explore the application methods and effects of multi - disciplinary collaborative working mode. Methods Multi - disciplinary collaborative working mode included disciplines of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, nutriology, rehabilitation and phychology was carried out in a pilot ward. The doc- tor and the nurse were fixed in a team,in charge of the fixed bed,treated the patients together with junior staffs. All kinds of people worked according to their du- ties, did the collective ward round on time, reached consensus on treatment and nursing schemes of the patients. Results Average length of stay per capita, aver- age hospitalization costs per capita and incidences of complications were all decreased （ P 〈 O. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, cure rate and health education awareness rate, pa- tients satisfaction and doctors and nurses satisfaction were increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Multi - disciplinary collaboration can strengthen interdisciplinary crossing and interaction, making patients receive systematic, standardized and high - quality treatment and nursinz services in hosnital
