摘要
用 MCVD工艺加溶液掺杂法研制成功了大几何尺寸、大数值孔径内包层的掺 Yb3 + 双包层石英光纤 ,内包层直径 12 5μm,数值孔径达 0 .36。完成了包层抽运光纤激光器的初步实验 ,在波长1.0 6 μm处获得 2 2 0 m W的激光输出 ,光 -光转换效率为 2 6 %。
Yb 3+ doped double clad silica fiber with large geometry and numerical aperture was developed by using MCVD process and solution doping technique. The diameter and numerical aperture of inner cladding are 125 μm and 0.36, respectively. The preliminary experiment of the clad pumped fiber laser has been accomplished. The output power from laser is 220 mW at 1.06 μm, and optical conversion efficiency is 26%.
