摘要
从班组长与职工之间的关系入手,基于班组长职责权和职工技能的主要影响因素两个角度,论证了班组长管理技能与职工技能的连带关系,建立了与职工技能考核具有紧密连接关系的班组长安全管理连带考核办法。
Starting from the relationship between group leaders and employees, the author firstly considers main factors of group leader duties and employee skills. Then, the author dem- onstrates the interconnection between the manager skills and employee skills. At last , the au- thor finds out the methods of interconnected performance appraisal of safety management of group leaders .
