摘要
从大型国有煤炭企业集团所有制属性、生产安全、集团化管理、多元化经营和并购活动等方面分析了大型国有煤炭企业集团的风险特征,比较研究了有关全面风险因素识别的研究现状,构建了大型国有煤炭企业集团全面风险识别因素体系,并运用层次分析法确定了风险识别因素的权重。
In the paper, the author coal enterprise groups in view of state analyzes the risk characteristics of the large state-owned ownership, productive security, collective management, diversified operation, merger and acquisition, then compares the current research status of risk i- dentification, constructs its risk identification factors system and identify risk factors＂ weight by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process.
