摘要
本文分析了掺 Ge/B比掺 Ge光纤具有较高紫外光敏性的原因 ,并通过实验研究了氢载对掺 Ge/B光纤紫外光敏性的影响。研究结果表明氢载可以提高掺杂 Ge/B光纤的光敏性 ,而且它在氢载前后都存在曝光饱和点。
In this paper,the reasons that photose nsitivity in Ge/B doped fiber gratings is higher than that in Ge doped fiber g ratings are analyzed.The effects of hydrogen-loaded on the photosensitivity in Ge/B doped fiber gratings are also studied.The results show that the photosensi tivity in Ge/B doped fiber gratings can be improved after hydrogen-loaded and the photoinduced refractive-index of Ge/B doped fiber pratings exists saturati on during exposed to UV pulses before or after hydrogen-loaded.
