摘要
从当代经济全球化的实质看,我国转变经济发展方式的基本方向必须是充分自主型经济发展方式。从中美两国之间的经济循环看,我国转变经济发展方式已极具重要性。从充分自主型的内涵要求看,我国转变经济发展方式的关键因素,在生产力层面,主要是科技的自主创新,在生产力源泉层面,主要是形成科学的劳动力和资源、环境价格机制;在生产关系层面上,主要是真正做到公有制为主体、国有制为主导;在对外经济依存度层面,主要是适当控制外贸、外资、外产、外源、外技的依存度和外汇的储备度。
Looking from the essence of the contemporary economic globalization,the basic direction of transforming economic development in our country must be sufficiently autonomous mode of economic development.From the economic cycle between 'Sino-US,' China's transformation of economic development has great significance.From the connotation of full autonomy-type,the key factors of transforming economic development mode,in terms of productivity level,mainly is independent innovation of science and technology,in terms of productivity source,mainly is forming a scientific labor and resources,environmental price mechanism;in terms of production relations,mainly is to truly put public ownership as main body,state ownership as leading role;in terms of foreign economic dependence,mainly is to appropriately control foreign trade,foreign investment,foreign production,the dependence on foreign technology and foreign exchange reserves degrees.
