摘要
建立了100g/L乙酸基体改进电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析难电离元素砷和硒的方法。以100g/L乙酸作为基体改进剂,可使砷和硒信号分别增加4~7倍。方法检出限分别为0.019μg/L和0.11μg/L,6次测定标准样品中10.0μg/L砷和硒的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3%。
A method for the determination of hard-to-ionize elements arsenic and selenium by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry using 100 g/L acetic acid solution as a matrix modifier has been developed. Enhancement effects of acetic acid on signal intensities of As and Se were researched. Signal intensities of As and Se were increased by 4 - 7 folds when 100 g/L acetic acid solution was introduced as a matrix modifier. Detection limits of the method were 0. 019 μg/L and 0. 11 μg/L for As and Se respectively. RSDs of 10. 0μg/L standard substances for 6 time replicates were less than 3%. Analytical results of reference materials agreed with the standard values. Precision and accuracy of the method met the analysis requrements of environmental samples.
