摘要
为研究开食日粮中添加卵黄免疫球蛋白(IgY)对雏鸡生长性能及免疫器官和肠道生长发育的影响,选取体重基本一致的海兰公雏鸡800只,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复40只,各处理组IgY的添加量分别为0、12、24、48、96 mg/kg,于出雏后的12、60、108、156 h取样,每个重复取4只,称重,处死后分离,测定胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏的重量以及肠道重量、长度。结果表明:48 mg/kg和96 mg/kg IgY添加组60 h和108 h雏鸡体重均极显著大于未添加组(P<0.01);24、48、96 mg/kg IgY添加组108 h雏鸡法氏囊重量显著大于未添加组(P<0.05);96 mg/kg IgY添加组156 h雏鸡脾脏重量极显著大于其他各组(P<0.01);96 mg/kg IgY添加组108 h雏鸡十二指肠长度显著大于其他各组(P<0.05);各IgY添加组156 h雏鸡空肠重量均极显著大于未添加组(P<0.01),96 mg/kg IgY添加组156 h雏鸡空肠长度显著大于未添加组和12 mg/kg IgY添加组(P<0.05);48 mg/kg和96 mg/kg IgY添加组156 h雏鸡回肠重量显著大于未添加组(P<0.05),96 mg/kg的IgY添加组156 h雏鸡回肠长度极显著大于未添加组(P<0.01),显著大于12 mg/kg和24 mg/kg IgY添加组(P<0.05)。由此可见,开食日粮中添加IgY提高了雏鸡体重,促进了法氏囊、脾脏、十二指肠、空肠和回肠的生长发育。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY)to initial diet on growth performance,immune organs and intestinal growth of chicks.Eight hundred hy-ling female chicklings with the basically consistent weight were selected, and randomly distributed into 5 pens.Each treatment was represented by 4 repli- cates of 40 birds per pen.These five diets were added 0,12,24,48 and 96 mg/kg IgY respectively.Four birds per replicate were taken out to weigh, kill, and then measure the weight of thymus gland, bursal, spleen and small intestine, and the in- testinal tract length.The results showed that:the body weight in groups of 48 and 96 mg/kg IgY addition was especially more than that of contrast group in 60 h and 108 h posthatch.Bursal weight in groups of 24,48 and 96 mg/kg IgY addition was significantly greater than that of contrast group in 108 h posthatch(P 〈 0.01 ).The spleen weight in group of 96 mg/kg IgY addition was mighty more than that of the other groups in156 h posthatch(P 〈 0.01 ).The duodenum length in group of 96 mg/kg IgY addition was significantly more than that of the other groups in 108 h posthatch (P 〈 0.05).The jejunum weight of all the IgY addition groups significantly larger than that of contrast group in 156 h posthatch (P 〈 0.01 ).The je- junum length of 96 mg/kg IgY addition group was significantly longer than that of contrast group and 12 mg/kg IgY addi- tion group in 156 h posthatch.The ileum weight of 48 and 96 mg/kg IgY addition groups was significantly larger than that of contrast group in 156 h posthatch (P 〈 0.05).The ileum length of 96 mg/kg IgY addition group was especially larger than that of contrast group (P 〈 0.01 ) ,and significantly larger than that of 12 and 48 mg/kg IgY addition groups in 156 h posthatch (P 〈 0.05).Adding IgY to first feeding diet increased the body weight,accelerated the growth and development of bursa, spleen, duodenum ,jejunum and ileum.
