摘要
目的建立一个适于我国国情的血清氟分析标准方法。方法氟离子选择电极法。结果本方法的检测下限为0.012μg/ml。对氟含量为0.059、0.090μg/ml和0.203μg/ml的血清样品测定8次,相对标准偏差分别为3.39%、1、84%、0.99%。对上述样品加标的回收率为96.7%、101.2%、99.8%;测定含氟1.03μg/ml,5.07μg/ml的牛血清游离氟成分标准物质相对偏差为4.16%和1.05%。本方法所规定的实验步骤及技术指标均经过实验室和现场验证。结论本方法是测定血清中游离氟的最简便、准确、灵敏度高的方法。
Objective To find a standard method of determination fluoride in serum. Method To use fluoride ion - selective electrode method. Results Minimum concentration determined is 0. 012ug/ml of inorganic fluoride in serum. Serum fluoride samples of 0. 059, 0. 090 and 0. 203ug/ml was determined with this method for eight times. The relative standard deviations are 3. 39%, 1. 84% and 0. 99% respectively. The recovery rates adding standard material into above samples are 96. 7%, 101. 2%, and 99. 8%. The relative deviations of measuring free fluoride of certified reference material in cattle serum are 4. 16% and 1. 05%. The experimental process and the set technology quota of this method was verified by laboratories and spots. Conclusions The method is accurate, sensitive and easy for determination free fluoride in serum.
