超声乳化与房角分离手术联合治疗合并闭角型青光眼白内障的效果观察 被引量：18

摘要 目的探讨超声乳化与房角分离手术联合治疗合并闭角型青光眼白内障的临床效果。方法选取合并闭角型青光眼白内障患者42例(42眼),术前使用抗眼压药物,给予超声乳化联合房角分离手术治疗,术后随访4～12个月,记录42例患者术前、术后视力及其他相关指标的变化。结果与术前比较,患者术后最佳矫正视力得到明显提高(P<0.01),前房深度、房角宽度和眼压等指标有显著改善(P<0.01)。患者术后并发症较少。结论超声乳化联合房角分离手术可以有效治疗白内障合并闭角型青光眼。
