摘要
随着信息技术的发展,以及OTT行业兴起,高校大学生们获取信息的手段逐渐多样化。面对信息的易获得性,教师的教学手段在发生变化,而作为教学过程在主要部分的教学内容也应该发生相应的变化。在产品层次理论指导下,本文以《人力资源管理》课程"招聘与选拔"章节为例,剖析该章节的教学内容所包含的具体层次,期望能够帮助教师在授课过程中丰富教学手段的同时要注重教学内容的准备。
In the era of the development of information technology, as well as the rapid rise of OTr industry, it is convenient and comprehensive for college students to access the information. Then university teachers'teaching methods, teaching content and teaching methods change constantly, in which teaching content is a core part of the teaching process. In this paper, under the guidance of the product hierarchy theory, analyzing the course content is in order to give countermeasures and suggestions of enriching teaching content by the example " Human Resource Management".
