摘要
做好高校心理健康教育工作,队伍建设是关键。文章以国际审计学院心理健康三级防护监控体系建设实践为例,总结提出了以专职辅导员—阳光小组—校内社区义工为主体的心理健康三级防护监控体系,并从组织架构、队伍建设与管理、信息预警级别及内容、信息反馈方法、评价与考核五个方面对该体系进行了详细的阐述。
Team - construction is the key of mental health education in colleges and universities. In a case of the practice of International Audit College, this paper summarizes a three -level protection and monitoring system of Mental Health based on volunteer services of full - time instructors, sunlight group, and campus community volun- teers. It is also elaborated from organization structure, team construction and management, information warning levels and content, feedback methods, evaluation and assessment.
