摘要
通过对2根采用不同粘结剂的碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土柱和1根未加固的钢筋混凝土柱进行的标准火灾试验,对比了各柱的破坏形态、截面温度场、轴向变形以及耐火极限。结果表明:有机胶粘贴碳纤维布所形成的约束在受火几分钟后就会失去约束作用,而无机胶粘贴碳纤维布所形成的约束在受火几十分钟后仍然可以为核芯混凝土提供良好的侧压力;无机胶粘贴碳纤维布加固的混凝土柱耐火性能较好,其耐火极限较有机胶粘贴碳纤维布加固的混凝土柱提高了53.3%,且与相同荷载比条件下的未加固柱的耐火极限相当。
By conducting fire tests on an unstrengthened RC column and two reinforced concrete(RC) columns strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) sheets bonded with different types of adhesive,the failure mode,temperature field,axial deformation and fire endurance of the columns are analyzed.The results indicate that: the CFRP sheets bonded with organic adhesive lose confinement effect when exposed to fire for several minutes,but the CFRP sheets bonded with inorganic adhesive can well give lateral pressure to internal concrete when exposed to fire for several tens of minutes;the RC column strengthened with CFRP sheets bonded with inorganic adhesive can obtain a fairly good fire endurance,which is 53.3% longer than that of RC column strengthened with CFRP sheets bonded with organic adhesive and almost equals to the fire endurance of unstrengthened RC column.
