摘要
提出了一种能够有效地进行真实齿面的啮合分析 ,并可定量获取瞬时啮合点相对于理论啮合点的偏离误差 ,以及啮合点之外是否有相交干涉的新理论及方法。它对齿轮传动的减振、降噪。
A method based on a new theory was presented in the paper. It can be used for analysing the real tooth meshing, quantitatively achieving the deviating error between instant meshing point and the predicted meshing point by the theory, as well as determining the intersection interference of two tooth surfaces outside the contact point. The new method has a great significance in directing the researches of vibration and noise reductions, as well as life expanding of a gear drive.
