Conserved DNA-derived Polymorphism Marker Technique and Its Application

摘要 保守DNA衍生多态性(CDDP)技术是一种新型目标基因分子标记方法。该文介绍了CDDP标记的开发原理、引物设计过程及原则、扩增反应体系及条件等技术流程,阐述了这种方法的特点及其研究进展与应用,对该技术中存在的问题提出了应对措施,并对其应用前景进行了展望,以期为CDDP标记技术的进一步利用和技术推广提供借鉴。 A new method for generating plant DNA markers was named after conserved DNA - derived polymorphism and it was a kind of gene targeted markers. In this article, the technique process of CDDP markers was introduced in detail, such as its principles, how to de- sign primers and the PCR conditions and so on. Its characteristics were summarized, and the advances of its applications were stated. Then the author addressed some measures to its existing problems. At last, its application outlook was prospected. This review will contribute to the further application and the technology popularization of CDDP.
