右美托咪啶在老年膝关节置换术中的应用 被引量：9

摘要 硬膜外麻醉是膝关节置换手术常用的麻醉方式，但术中知晓增加了患者的心理压力和恐惧，容易诱发高血压、心律失常等严重并发症，而使用静吸复合全麻，管理复杂、并发症多，如何合理选择药物既能进行适当的镇静镇痛，减少对呼吸循环系统的影响，又能消除患者在麻醉和手术过程中的不良记忆，具有重要的意义。右美托咪啶（DEX）因其具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、降血压作用而逐渐应用于手术麻醉中。本研究拟通过使用不同剂量不同方法的EDX辅助硬膜外麻醉用于老年膝关节置换手术，观察其镇痛镇静及遗忘效果，为临床应用提供依据。
