气体信号分子硫化氢在调节细胞凋亡和自噬中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 硫化氢(H2S)是继一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化碳(CO)后发现的体内第3个气体信号分子,近年来逐渐成为研究热点,研究发现生理浓度的H2S具有多种生理功能,并且与很多病生理过程和疾病相关,其中重要的机制包括调节细胞凋亡和细胞自噬。现就H2S对细胞凋亡和细胞自噬产生的调节及其相关的生理和病生理作用进行综述。
