胸部DR与16层螺旋CT诊断小儿呼吸道异物的临床分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨DR与16层螺旋CT在小儿呼吸道透X线异物检出中的临床效果。方法收集2008年9月~2012年12月在我院接受纤维支气管镜检查并证实为呼吸道异物患儿分别采用数字x线成像与多排螺旋CT进行检查,并比较两种检查方法的诊断符合率,以提高对小儿呼吸道透X线异物检出率。结果本文62例患儿均接受数字x线成像与多排螺旋CT检查,其中多排螺旋CT检查确定60例患儿可以直接显示出呼吸道透x线异物,而且可以观察到肺内改变;而数字x线成像DR发现38例患儿可以经过间接征象明确诊断呼吸道透x线异物;经统计学分析发现的16层螺旋CT诊断阳性符合率(96.77%)明显高于数字x线成像(61.29%)。结论16层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)和辅助仿真内窥镜(CTVE)成像技术能直观显示气道异物的位置、大小、形态及与周围组织的关系,对小儿呼吸道透x线异物的诊断及手术定位具有重要价值,与DR相比具有快速、准确、无创等优势。
