摘要
对触变成型镁合金的固溶时效热处理研究现状以及合金元素、析出相特征和数量对合金显微组织的影响进行了综述。研究表明:RE元素能与合金基体生成耐高温的金属间化合物,在时效过程中弥散析出强化组织,且β-Mg17Al12相的析出方式呈现出不同形态和晶体学特征。
The situation of solution and aging heat treatment of thixoformed magnesium alloys, and the influence of alloy element and precipitated phase on the microstructure of the alloy were reviewed. The results show that rare earth element and alloy matrix can form high-temperature-resistant intermetallic compounds and precipitate strengthening microstructure during solution process, and the precipitating way of β-MgTAll2 phase shows different morphology and crystallographic characteristics.
