摘要
表面机械研磨处理工艺在机械切削、物理以及化学共同作用下能够提高金属材料的强度和韧性,是增强材料力学性能的重要工序。本文以IF钢材料为研究对象,利用实验方法研究了表面机械研磨处理对冷轧IF钢板表面纳米化、织构组分以及力学性能的影响。
The surface mechanical milling process can improve the strength and toughness of metal materials in mechanical cutting, physical and chemical interaction it is the important process to enhance of steel mechanical perfbrmance. Taking IF steel as the research object, the effects of surface mechanical milling process on nanometer surface of cold-rolled IF steel sheet, texture components and mechanical properties were investigated by experimental method.
