摘要
随着国际经济形式的转变,我国铸造行业逐渐进入创新发展阶段。目前,我国专业化铸造人才缺乏和队伍流失现象严重。通过分析铸造行业人才需求结构以及人才队伍构建形式,对我国铸造行业人才培养模式进行了论述。指出了建立专业人才再学习机制必要性,为铸造人才教育培训制度的建立提供思路。
With the change of international economy situation, China's foundry industry is gradually going into an innovational development stage. At present, there is a serious lack in the specialization casting talent and team for our foudry industry. The qualified personnel structure demand of foundry industry and the building form of team was analyzed, and China's foundry industry training model was discussed. The necessity to build a professionals re-learning mechanisms was put forward, which provides an idea for the casting personnel education and training system.
