摘要
通过对存在裂纹的叶片的解剖和试验验证,分析了裂纹产生的原因;通过对不同寿命叶片解剖,分析存在裂纹叶片的裂纹扩展情况。结果表明,K417合金叶片焊接耐磨层极易产生热影响区的液化裂纹,经过1 000 h使用的叶片没有出现焊接裂纹的扩展,控制焊接的热输入可以减轻焊接裂纹倾向。
Through dissection and experimental verification of the blade with cracks, the causes of forming cracks were analyzed; through the dissection of the blades with different life, the crack propagation in blade was analyzed. The results show that the liquefaction cracks of heat affected zone easily produce in the welding wear-resisting layer of K417 alloy blades, after using lbr 1 000 h, no expansion of welding crack appears. The controlled welding heat input can reduce the tendency of welding crack.
