摘要
针对空间飞行器用薄膜电加热器的实际需求,设计了不同的布线形式,并分别对其进行了数值求解和参数化绘图。使用红外热像仪对所生产电加热器样品的温度场进行了测试,结果表明电加热器温度场在单条水平线内的方均根差在2.79%以内,热均匀性较好,方程求解和绘图设计合理。此方法可应用于薄膜电加热器快速布线设计,电加热器热均匀性能够满足较高的加热控制需求。
According to the actual requirements of spacecraft, different patterns are designed for the film-circuit heater. Two kinds of equations are solved using the numerical approximation method and the circuit diagrams are drawn based on the solutions of the equations and the drawing codes. Temperature data of heater samples are acquired via the infrared camera and an analysis of heating uniformity is conducted. It is shown that the heating uniformity of the film-circuit heater is good, and that the solutions of the equation and the graphics drawing program is reliable. The method presented in this paper can be applied to the design of the film-circuit heater, used in the field of high precision temperature control.
