摘要
风险监测和评估是农产品质量安全监管和标准制定的科学依据。介绍了CAC对风险评估的理念,分析了农产品质量安全风险评估的重要性、复杂性,以及应用中的诸多难点,并提出下一步要从资金投入、体系建设、信息化技术和风险交流四个方面做好农产品质量安全风险监测和评估工作。
The result of food safety risk monitoring and assessment is the scientific basis for formulating the agro- product safety standards and for agro-product quality and safety supervision. The paper analyzed the concept, complexity, importance and many difficulties of agricultural products quality safety risk assessment of CAC. Finally, the paper put forward four suggestions on how to improve the risk monitoring and assessment in China.
