摘要
工程教育专业认证是保证工程教育专业教育质量的一项重要措施。工程教育过程中,教师有着举足轻重的作用。参照最新的工程教育专业认证标准,结合师资队伍的现状,探讨基于工程教育专业认证的机械类专业师资队伍建设。发现基于工程教育专业认证的师资队伍建设的不足,并提出改善措施。
Engineering education professional certification is an important measure to guarantee the education quality of the engineering education profession. In the engineering education process, the teacher has a pivotal role. According to the latest engineering education professional certification standards, combined with the present situation of teachers' team, the teaching staff construction of mechanical major based on engineering education professional certification is discussed. The lack of the teaching staff construction is found, and the improvement measures are proposed.
