摘要
目的探讨低场MRI诊断单发脑转移瘤(SBM)的价值。方法搜集经临床证实的24例SBM患者临床资料,回顾性分析其低场MRI表现。结果本组24例SBM,发生于幕上21例(87.5%),幕下3例(12.5%);增强扫描肿瘤呈结节样强化7例(36.8%),环形强化2例(10.5%),不规则形强化10例(52.6%)。结论低场磁共振对SBM的诊断具有重要的价值,但对影像特征不典型者,应结合临床综合分析。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of low field MRI in solitary brain metastasis（SBM）. Methods The clinical data of 24 cases of SBM diagnosed by clinic were collected, and their low field MRI features were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 24 cases, the supratentorial foci were found in 21 cases （87.5%）, and subtentorial foci in 3 cases（ 12.5% ）. Enhanced images showed nodular enhancement in 7 cases （36.8%）, ring shape enhancement in 2 cases （ 10.5% ）, and irregular enhancement in 10 cases （52. 6% ）. Conclusion Low field MRI has an important clinical value for the diagnosis of SBM, but if the MRI performance is not typical, we should give a comprehensive analysis based on clinic features.
