摘要
以磷灰石和石英纯矿物作为研究对象,进行了气流带动矿粒摩擦荷电的机理研究。通过改变给矿压力、给矿速度、温度、矿物粒度及荷电器内衬材料,考察矿物的荷电规律。结果表明,适当增大给矿压力,可提高磷灰石正电荷量及石英负电荷量;增大给矿速度,则会降低两者的荷电量;加热温度对磷灰石和石英的荷电有明显影响;随着给矿粒度变细,磷灰石与石英荷电均变得困难,特别是不分级入选,细粒易导致荷电量显著降低,影响分选效果;摩擦荷电器内衬材料不同明显影响矿粒的摩擦荷电,以分选矿物作内衬材料时,可改善选别指标。
With the minal of apatite and quartz as the object of study, carried out mechanism study on airflow phosphate to friction charged. By changing the feeding pressure, feed speed, temperature, mineral particle size, and charged device lining materials, to explore the charged regularity of mineral. Studies have shown that increasing the feed pressure appropriately can improve the positive charge of apatite and the negative charge of quartz. Increasing the feed speed can reduce the charge of the two. The heating temperature of apatite and quartz has distinct effect on the charged. As the feed particle diminution it is difficult for apatite and quartz to charged, especially not classification selected, fine grained associated charged significantly reduce, influence separation effect. Friction charged device lining materials can affect the friction charged of mineral obviously, with sorting mineral as lining material, can improve the selected indexes significantly.
