摘要
【目的】揭示广西特香型晒烟大宁烟的形态、生理及化学组成特征,为挖掘利用该优质烟草品种资源提供科学依据。【方法】通过对比大宁烟、樟村烟、公会烟3种晒烟的农艺性状和光合生理指标,分析大宁烟生物学特征;通过分析晒烟和烤烟(云烟87)的水溶性总糖、还原糖、总烟碱、粗蛋白含量及还原糖/水溶性总糖、氮碱比、糖碱比,揭示大宁烟的化学组成特征。【结果】大宁烟烟株瘦高,叶片狭长,平均长宽比为2.23,分别是樟村烟、公会烟的1.51倍和1.75倍。大宁烟叶片蒸腾速率为1.57-6.14μmol/m^2.s,比樟村烟和公会烟低,而净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度与樟村烟和公会烟相当。大宁晒烟烟碱含量(0.42%~1.27%)较低,而含钾量(2.24%-2.95%)、糖碱比(15.28-65.73)、粗蛋白(3.45%-4.95%)较高。【结论】大宁烟烟株瘦高,叶片狭长,蒸腾作用较弱,烟叶具有低碱、高钾、高蛋白、高糖碱比的特征。
[Objective]The characteristics of morphological, physiological and leaf chemical composition of Daning Tobacco were studied to provide references for using high quality variety resources of Daning Tobacco. [ Method ]Biological characteristics of Daning Tobacco were investigated by comparing the differences with sun.-cured tobacco Daning, Zhangcun and Gonghui, while the chemical composition characteristics were analyzed by investigating the contents of soluble sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, crude protein and ratio of reducing sugar to soluble sugar, nitrogen to nicotine, sugar to nicotine in sun-cured Daning Tobacco. [ Result ]Daning Tobacco plants were relatively taller plants with narrow leaves. Average rate of leaf length to width in Daning Tobacco (2.23) was 1.51-fold and 1.75-fold of that in Zhangcun Tobacco and Gonghui Tobacco, respectively. The leaf transpiration ratio in Daning Tobacco plant (1.57-6.14 μmol/m^2.s)was lower than that in Zhangcun tobacco (3.29-6.08 μmol m^-2 s^-1) and Gonghui tobacco (1.96-5.90 μmol/m^2.s), while the photosynthesis rate, the stomatal conductance and the intercellular CO2 concentration in Daning Tobacco plants were similar to those in other tested sun-cured tobacco plants. Daning Tobacco leaves contained lower level of nicotine ranged from 0.42% to 1.27%, while owned richer potassium content (2.24%-2.95%), contained greater amount of crude protein (3.45%-4.95%) and exhibited higher ratio of sugar to nicotine (15.28-65.76). [ Conclusion lit was concluded that Daning Tobacco plants were tall and thin with long and narrow leaves. Their characteristics included weaker transpiration, lower amount of nicotine, higher amount of K and protein, and higher sugar-nicotine rate.
