高密度光栅膜片制备工艺的试验研究

摘要 高密度光栅作为色散元件,广泛用于光谱分析、云纹干涉法位移测量等,但传统光栅制备工艺复杂且成本高昂.为了方便结构分析应用,研究了粘贴式高密度光栅膜片的直接压印制备工艺及其流程.先用传统工艺制备的金属质光栅通过电镀制备金刚石-镍光栅母板模片,再用母板模片在普通PET镀铝反光膜上直接高温压印即可制备可粘贴式高密度光栅膜.试验结果表明,选用适当厚度的PET反光膜,控制适当温度和压力,可制备出衍射效果良好的粘贴式高密度光栅膜片,且制备工艺相对简单. High density grating as dispersive element is widely used in the spectral analysis, the moire interferometry displacement measurement, etc. But the traditional raster preparation process is complex and expensive. The direct imprint preparation and its processes of the paste high-density grating diaphragm are introduced in this paper, in order to facilitate its application of structural analysis. First, the diamond-nickel grating motherboard molding is prepared by using the traditional metal grating through electroplating, and then the motherboard molding is directly high-temperature imprinted on the ordinary PET aluminized reflective film. The test results show that paste high- density grating diaphragm with good diffraction effect can be prepared by choosing the appropriate thickness PET reflective film, controlling the appropriate temperature and pressure. The process is relatively simpler.
