摘要
人力资源在企业中的地位越来越高,已然成为企业的核心竞争力之一。为对企业的人力资源状况进行评价,引入了人力资源效率评价。首先,在分析人力资源效率影响因素的基础上,从投入和产出两个维度建立了评价指标体系;然后,利用主成分分析法对指标体系进行降维,进而运用随机前沿分析进行效率评价;最后,运用实际案例验证人力资源效率评价思路的准确性。
Human resources has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises in recent years. Many scholars introduced the efficiency of human resources to evaluate the status of corporate human resources. In this article, firstly, based on analysing the influencing factors of efficiency of human resources, established the evaluation system on the two dimensions of the inputs and outputs; then using PCA to reduce the dimension of the index system, and then using SFA to evaluate the efficiency; Finally, using the actual cases to verify the accuracy of the ideas of the evaluation of the human resources efficiency.
